Fairlie Design is the creative design office behind Fairlie Yachts, the Hamble based yacht builders responsible for the creation of many famous classic yachts and the Fairlie Yachts range of modern classics. This site is designed to showcase our new and concept design proposals created to encourage the inspirations and dreams of traditional yachtsmen. By mixing traditional values and methods with state of the art design and engineering we hope to enhance and encourage the future development and styling of wooden yachts.

The design office, led by Paul Spooner, a Naval Architect and Director of Fairlie Yachts Ltd. has been involved in 'new design' and 'restoration' projects for the past 15 years, both at the Fairlie shipyard in Hamble and in other yards around Europe.
